The Hong Kong Foundation for the Prevention of Animal Abuse is an independent charitable organisation registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. We have never received government funding and rely entirely on public donations and the selfless dedication of our volunteers. We firmly believe that how humans treat animals reflects the level of civilisation in a society. Our work focuses on four core areas: education, animal rescue and rehabilitation, policy advocacy, and professional training.
